Meals On two(!) Wheels

I had been volunteering as a substitute "driver" with
Meals On Wheels of Boulder
since sometime in December '10 until getting full-time employment with Unavco,
...but doing the routes on my bike.

I was told that it wasn't completely new and novel for them, but i do think it needs to be expanded... they now have multiple drivers of motor vehicles heading out to do what can be done on a bicyle in under an hour. 'Lots of potential CO2 savings to be had there.
All one needs is a rear rack (or, say, a handlebar basket) and a couple of good sized panniers.
